Financial Aid (U.S. version)

The Financial Aid section includes details on thousands of private scholarships, grants, awards, fellowships, and other assistance programs that can help students pay for their post-secondary education. Please note this section is available in the U.S. version of the program.

Search for Financial Aid

To search for a specific scholarship or organization offering financial support, students can enter the name or other keywords in the search box, or search alphabetically. Click the name of a scholarship from the list to learn more about the award, including donor, contact information, amount, criteria, application requirements, and deadline. 

To save a scholarship to My Plan, click the Save To My Plan button at the top of the award profile page. Saved scholarships appear in the My Scholarships & Financial Aid section.

Financial Aid Selector

The Financial Aid Selector helps students find private financial aid programs they may be eligible for based on their background, academic history, interests, talents, and other more.

When questions are completed, the Financial Aid Selector displays a list of scholarships that match eligibility criteria. Click the name of a scholarship to learn more about the award, including donor, contact information, amount, criteria, application requirements, and deadline.

To access the Financial Aid Selector:

  1. Click Financial Aid at the top of the page.
  2. Select Financial Aid Selector from the menu at the top of the page OR click the Start Selector button on the left side of the page.

Federal Financial Aid

Get an overview of Federal Aid (FAFSA), including qualifications and how to apply. Helpful links, downloadable documents, and videos are included.

To access Federal Financial Aid information:

  1. Click Financial Aid at the top of the page.
  2. Click the Learn More button in the gray box on the right-hand side of the page.

Local Scholarships

Students can look for scholarship opportunities in their area and find out deadlines, awarded amounts, and criteria. The Go To Local Scholarships button will not appear until this feature has been set up by the school/district in the Career Advisor Management System (CAMS).

To access local scholarships:

  1. Click Financial Aid at the top of the page.
  2. Click the Go To Local Scholarships button.
