What should a student do if they get the message, "Something went wrong, please try again later?"
Students will receive this error message when firewall settings are blocking access to Career Cruising. Ask your students log in at www2.careercruising.com/default, where they should be able to access the program while your IT support team works through the instructions below.
Please have your IT person whitelist “*. careercruising.com” (a wildcard listing) in your firewall on student computers. If they're not able to whitelist the wildcard URL, they'll have to whitelist the following individual URLs:
