How do I edit an assignment or activity, including adding new students?

Once an assignment/activity is created in the Career Advisor Management System, you may need to make changes to it, including editing the list of students required to complete the activity. To edit an assignment/activity:

  1. From your Advisor Homepage, click Assignments & Activities.
  2. Find the Activity Name on the list and click the edit (pencil) icon under Options.
  3. From this page, you can change the Activity Name, Status (note: students cannot view Inactive activities), Due Date (optional), Description (optional), and which students can see this assignment/activity. You can also add/remove files under the Templates section.
  4. When you're done making changes, click Save. You'll receive a pop-up notification with the message Your changes have been saved.
