My students completed the Resume Builder - why isn't their Career Planning Activities requirement fulfilled?

Career Planning Activities are separate from the Resume Builder, so students have to complete them in a separate area of My Plan for the portfolio requirement to be fulfilled.

To fulfill the Complete or Update Resume requirement, students must select that option from the Activities List when adding a Career Planning Activity to their account. Ask your students to follow these steps to complete the requirement:

  1. Log in to
  2. Go to My Plan. From the Career Planning Activities section, choose Add an Activity.
  3. From the Activity drop-down menu, select Complete or Update Resume.
  4. Fill in the mandatory fields (there's also the option to attach a file).
  5. Click Save to complete the activity.
