I need to change a student grade or name, but it's grayed out. How do I proceed?
If the name or grade levels are greyed out on the Portfolio Information page, your school is Data Integrated (?), which means student accounts are managed through your school's Student Information System (SIS). Please keep your SIS up to date as this information is automatically sent to Career Cruising during data transfers.
If you do not know your Data Upload schedule, please follow these steps to find it. We also recommend finding out who the IT person is at your school. You can contact them if SIS information doesn't match what's in Career Cruising.
