How do I verify course information?

To verify course information available to students in Course Planner, use one of the following methods.

To view the full available course list:

1. From your Advisor Homepage, click Course Planner.
2. Under Public Links, click Student Course Guide and review all uploaded courses. Details are pulled directly from your Course Master. Review to verify all information is correct.

To export the full available course list:

1. From your Advisor Homepage, click Course Planner.
2. Under Administrative Tools, click Student Course Guide Editing.
3. Scroll down to Student Course Guide Export and select one of two options:
   
   - Export the course descriptions only: This will remove additional text in the Student Course Guide, such as the Principal's Message or Discipline descriptions (we recommend this option).
   - Sort courses by grade (by default they are sorted by discipline): If you prefer to view listing by grades, select this option.
4. Click Export. The Student Course Guide will then load in an HTML format, which can be saved to your computer or printed. Review to verify all information is correct.
